WindI remember that the night air was tense. It constricted around everything with a mass, entangling it in its frigid and stern grip. It was if all that dared step into its grasp were destined to face its wrath. It wanted no company, yet its company for the night gladly took it. I stood on the top of a ten foot ladder, and there was no one around working with me. I was basically inviting the wind and air to try my patience. The wind was trying heavily to screw me up. Room DescriptionThe bedroom was dark and damp. There was very little light due to the fact there was only one window about the size of a pillow, yet most of the time it seemed so much smaller. There are times when it’s possible that the window feels almost infinitesimal, the size of a cell. There were no pictures in this room, no family to speak of. There were no personal knickknacks, little ribbons of childhood or little posters of character on the walls. The walls themselves remained white, as blank and plain as anything else.
